What is the Loyalty Programme?
Visit your local outlet to obtain your Loyalty card!
Royal Canin Loyalty cards can be obtained via selected stores equipped with the Loyalty terminal. Visit the Stockist Finder tab to find your stockists in your local area. On receipt of your card you will be asked to enter your mobile number and will receive a text message containing a link to sign up on this website.
Earn & Redeem Points!
Simply present your card whenever you purchase Royal Canin at any of the selected outlets, this will be scanned and your account will be credited instantly with points! Loyalty Programme points are cumulative and can be redeemed online via this website against great gifts for both you and your pet!
We aim to offer a good variety of Royal Canin dog and cat accessories as well as vouchers valid against many high street and on-line stores. Depending on the item chosen, these are either sent to your home address or sent to you by email for redemption in store.
My Royal Canin
What is a My Royal Canin Profile?
My Royal Canin gives you instant access to your contact and pet details, communication preferences, Loyalty points, promotions and articles, all from your customisable home page.
You can drag and drop each segment to create your own personalised space.
To register your Royal Canin Loyalty card you will need to create a My Royal Canin Profile. Once your account is created you can register your Loyalty card by entering the number in the “Loyalty” segment. You will then be able to view your points balance, recent transactions, and access the Royal Canin Loyalty online store to redeem your points!
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register my card?
Click “Register” (above) to create a Royal Canin account, and enter your details including the mobile number you entered in-store when you received your card. You can then log in using your email address and chosen password. Once logged in you can add your card number to the “Loyalty” tab by entering the number and clicking “Add card”.
I already have a My Royal Canin account, how do I register my card?
If you already have a Royal Canin account simply log in and enter your card number in the “Card number” box on the “Loyalty” tab, then click “Add card”.
I can’t see my points, is there a problem with my card?
First please check that the card number shown on your Loyalty tab is present and correct. Please also check that the mobile number listed on the “Your Profile” tab is the same as the one you entered in-store when you recevied your card. If both of these are correct and you still can’t view your points please contact support.
I have made a Royal Canin purchase online, can I redeem points?
Currently you are not able to acrue points from purchases made online. Purchase Royal Canin from your local stockist equipped with the Loyalty terminal to be credited with points.
Where can I get a card?
Please use the Stockist Finder tab to see which stockists are available in your local area. We are working to roll out our Loyalty programme to more and more stockists around the UK, so if there isn't a participating outlet near you then please be patient and check back later.
